When I first started training with Ron White and Chris Buck I was an uncoordinated mess. I never really squatted, and couldn’t jump rope to save my life. Through their patience and guidance they were able to scale workouts within my ability and develop my form and technique over time. I am absolutely pleased with the results over the past few months and can proudly say they were able to bring out the “Beast Mode” that was hidden deep inside me. To date, I’ve dropped a pants size, noticed more definition in my upper body, lost some weight (which has been replaced by muscle) and feel great overall. I wake up every morning with a desire to get back into the gym and can’t wait to see what they have planned for the day.
